Celebrate in the rich and eclectic Lansdown Room, once home to one of the greatest collections in Georgian Britain.

Surrounded by Beckford treasures, you, and up to thirteen guests, can celebrate your love in the unique retreat of ‘England’s wealthiest son’ whose collection of extraordinary art, beautiful furniture and rare books was second only to that of eighteenth century royalty. It’s the perfect destination for a special, intimate wedding.

The arched loggia at the base of the Tower provides a dramatic frame for your intimate ceremony, while below the sweeping Tower steps your friends and family can sit in the sun, part of your special day.

You’ll be on top of the world in the uniquely intimate surroundings of the Belvedere at the Tower’s summit.

With room for you and up to two witnesses (which we can provide), and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the Tower’s iconic staircase, the Belvedere is the perfect location for a ceremony that’s as unique and intimate as you are.

“On our wedding day, we thought the Tower was beautifully presented, it looked really elegant and Alana and the team had been extremely accommodating and gone to a lot of effort to make our day run smoothly and we were able to add our own personal touches, which was lovely.

All of our guests loved the tower and we got some great photos on the steps outside, including a perfect confetti moment.

It was also nice to take a walk as newly weds in the grounds and have some quiet photos taken of just the two of us. It gave us a chance to take it all in. We really enjoyed our day and just wish it hadn’t gone so fast!”
