FREE family fun in Bath – Tower on Tour

We are taking part in a range of children’s activities throughout the summer in collaboration with our partner organisations. All events are free and no need to book. Just turn up on the day and enjoy!

Pennyquick Park, Twerton
19th August – 12 to 3pm with Bathscape
Family fun in the park! Enjoy a range of outdoor activities aimed at primary age children including crafts, a climbing wall, archery with the latest bow case, nature based activities and more. Children must have an adult with them at all times. Please note, there are no facilities in the park or parking, and we encourage only those within walking distance/bus ride of the park to attend.

Bath City Farm
20th August – 11 to 3pm
Free craft activities for primary age children. Come and make some binoculars – will you be able to see Beckford’s Tower?

Entry Hill open space
26th August – 12 to 3pm with Bathscape
Enjoy a range of outdoor activities aimed at primary age children including crafts, a climbing wall, archery, nature based activities and more. Children must have an adult with them at all times. Please note, parking is reserved for disabled access only, and we encourage only those within walking distance/bus ride of the site to attend.

15 Cheap Street
29th August – 1 to 4pm as part of Bath Bid Summer Sundays
Come and build some towers in our pop-up shop! There will be a range of activities to build your own or Beckford’s Tower. Available to children 4-12 years. No booking required.

Kensington Meadows
11th September – 11 to 3pm with Clevedon Pools and Bathscape
Family day on the Meadows – with free activities for primary age children including crafts, wild play activities and nature walks and activities. This is part of the Bathscape walking festival.

Sydney Gardens

18th September – 12 to 4pm with Sydney Gardens Project Team.

Our Tower Project team will be on site giving information out about the project and would love to hear your views. We will be running some free craft activities for primary age children. Come and make some binoculars – will you be able to see Beckford’s Tower?
